This is an excellent example of a classic trilobite. This is a well prepared Elrathia kingi from Utah. This type is usually found incomplete - this specimen is complete with both free cheeks intact. The trilobite has nice articulation and fine detail preserved. The fossil is well showcased on the very large, natural plate of shale. This is a very displayable example of Elrathia from Utah.
